Improve Efficiency - Lower Emissions - Increase Power & Torque - Reduce Fuel Costs

The use of Hydrogen gas as a "booster" in internal combustion engine is not a new concept. It is a proven technology that really does work. Hydrogen gas is normally produced by electrolysis of water. They produce brown gas or HHO gases. There are already many Hydrogen Injection or booster systems for vehicles in the market place. However, a lot of them have problems and downfalls of one kind or another associated with them. Most of them have to use chemicals as the electrolyte and they require high levels of current across the electrodes to "crack" the water into hydrogen and oxygen gases. This process creates a lot of heat and without an efficient heat transfer system in place, the Hydrogen Generator will cease to work over a short period of time due to overheating. Some Hydrogen Generators have very crude control (or non at all) over the output of the hydrogen gas into the internal combustion chamber of the engine. This can result in injecting the wrong amount (over supply or under supply) of hydrogen gas to the engine. The use of chemical electrolytes can also corrode the electrodes quickly eventhough they are made of high grade stainless steel.

The Easi-Hydrogenator is very different!    It generates pure Hydrogen gas from distilled or de-ionised water in a very different way using space age technology developed by NASA.

Patented Hydrogen Control Unit

The patented Hydrogen Control Unit (GB Patent No. 2461375) is unique to our system and it produces true variable  "on-demand" hydrogen gas for injection into the vehicle air intake manifold throughout the vehicle journey.

Using space age technology
It generates Hydrogen using a patented hydrogen generator cell which is very efficient and has near zero distance between the electrodes using space age technology. Hence it is a compact Hydrogen Generator. This means our Easi-Hydrogenator unit is a lot smaller than any other Hydrogen Injection system with equivalent Hydrogen output for the Heavy Goods vehicle market in the world.

Uses nothing but de-ionised or distilled water
The Easi-Hydrogenator unit is refilled with readily  available de-ionised or distilled water. For Heavy Goods Vehicle, the distilled water tank can hold up to 12 Litres and therefore refill interval is between 4-6 weeks depending on operational mileage and pattern.
Chemical free

The only thing that you need to use is de-ionised or distilled water. Unlike all other Hydrogen Injection systems (HHO or Brown gas systems) in the market today which use harmful or nasty chemicals as electrolytes. The Easi-Hydrogenator requires ONLY distilled or de-ionised water.

No overheating problems

Unlike traditional electrolysis systems in the market, the Easi-Hydrogenator uses state of the art heat transfer technology to remove the heat generated inside the unit and discharges them to the outside, thus overcoming the overheating problem suffered by most traditional electrolysis system currently in the market place.

Aimed at the commercial vehicle market
Currently our Easi-Hydrogenator is designed specifically for the commercial Heavy Goods Vehicles market. Smaller version of the Easi-Hydrogenator for the larger vans and smaller trucks will be available within the next 12 months.

Fuel savings of up to 15% or less than 12 months ROI
Typically, when fitted to commercial vehicles, fuel savings of between 8-15% can be achieved and in most cases you should expect to see a return on investment of just less than 12 months. In addition to saving fuel which reduces the carbon footprint, all other emissions like CO, CO2, PM etc from the vehicles are also reduced.

Low maintenance
Our large volume water tank lasts between 4 to 6 weeks depending on operational demand on the vehicle before needing to be refilled with de-ionised or distilled water. If customers require longer refill interval, we can supply a bespoke larger distilled water tank to last between 6-8 weeks ie within the truck service intervals thus avoiding the need for drivers to do the refills.
